As a Lead UX Product Designer currently at Cloudflare, my mission is to transform high-level complexity into intuitive, scalable digital products that respect the way the human brain actually works.

In a world of of complexity and change, OOUX is my "secret weapon" for cutting through the noise of modern software development. Here is why this methodology makes me a uniquely effective UX leader:

• Tackling Complexity Head-On: I don't shy away from "spaghetti" logic. By wrangling complexity early in the design process, I ensure your users never have to.
  

• Strategic Foundation over "Guessy" Design: I fight myopic, feature-by-feature iteration that leads to messy products. Instead, I focus on mapping complex systems with “just-enough design up-front" to create resilient, future-proof information architecture that makes sense to users and engineers, alike.
  

• A Bridge Between Business and Engineering: An OOUXer is a blend of business analyst, information architect, and facilitator. I speak the language of developers and stakeholders alike, empowering impactful working sessions and encouraging collaborative team relations.
  

• Designing for the Human Brain: Humans think in Objects….so let’s present our systems in ways that make sense in how they think. My designs are built on recognizable, connected, and valuable "objects" that align with a user’s mental model, and allow them to configure and observe those objects truthfully, making these systems straightforward and easy to manage.

Throughout my career at companies like Cloudflare, Amazon, Epiq Systems, and SelectQuote, I’ve applied these principles to redesign legacy systems into modern, high-performing experiences. Whether I’m building AI-powered search functionality or managing a complex query-builder redesign, creating effective onboarding and overview experiences, my goal is always to make the complex feel easy.

Additionally, as a UX practitioner with my amount of experience, I am a Servant Leader. I mentor teams to find the possibilities within limitations and empower them to create products that are not only functional but truly impactful.
